What are Credits?
Credits are used to run evaluations against AI models. Each evaluation of a prompt against an AI model costs credits. Your credits refresh monthly with your subscription.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept many common payment methods through Stripe.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credits run out, no further evaluations are performed, but your existing data and analytics remain fully accessible. You can purchase additional credits at any time or wait until your credit balance is replenished with the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. That is two months free.
